The online payment gateway is introduced just to ease the payment option. While transaction through the online payment gateway, Leadup Universe will neither charge any extra amount nor will Leadup Universe get any additional benefit from this. Leadup Universe will only charge the requisite fee and service tax (ST) as applicable. Any kind of service, processing, transaction charges or any other charges charged by the bank for online transaction will be borne by the candidate/student.
Refund Policy
Leadup Universe shall neither refund nor be liable to refund any fee/payment or any part thereof for any reasons whatsoever once the payment is made to Leadup Universe.
In case of excess or multiple payments due to connectivity issues or for any other reason/s thereof, the excess amount paid, if any, will be refunded to the concerned account. The transaction charges will be borne by the payee, after due verification and confirmation from the bank. This process may take a couple of days' time, provided the request is received from the applicant with his/her transaction detail within two working days of the transaction. Refunds will typically be processed and credited to the customer's bank account within 5-7 working days from the date of request.
Leadup Universe will not send the hard copy of money receipt to any student, candidate, or to anyone who had made the payment through the bank's payment gateway option. However, any student of Leadup Universe (the authorized person) can download the money rec/eipt/s using their login ID and PW, provided the amount is credited to the Leadup Universe account and verified by the authorized person of Leadup Universe. In case of any difficulty, students can send a request by e-mail to the concerned person of Leadup Universe for an electronic copy of the money receipt.
Privacy Policy
This privacy policy is intended to protect an individual's privacy and seeks to explain the type of information Leadup Universe collects during the online transaction. This policy may change from time to time, please keep on checking it frequently.
Type of Information Collected
Technical and routing information about the student/candidate is collected when s/he visits this site. The student name, e-mail id, cell no and programme details are captured by Leadup Universe. Information captured during or for online transaction process is only for verification, authentication and reconciliation of transaction, and none of the information will either shared or will be used for any other purpose by Leadup Universe. Details (Cr or Dr card, net-banking) entered during online transactions are not captured by Leadup Universe.
Trademarks
IIM Calcutta, IIT Kanpur, XLRI and their affiliated entities and their parent universities (where applicable) are hereinafter referred to as "University Partners". If Leadup Universe signs agreements with additional universities then they too will be considered as "University Partners".
The IIM Calcutta, IIT Kanpur, XLRI and other University Partners' names, logos and seals are trademarks ("trademarks") of the respective entities. You may not use any of these trademarks, or any variations thereof, without the owner's prior written consent. You may not use any of these trademarks, or any variations thereof, for promotional purposes, or in any way that deliberately or inadvertently claims, suggests or, in these institutions' sole judgment, gives the appearance or impression of a relationship with or endorsement by these institutions.
All trademarks not owned by Leadup Universe, if any, are the property of their respective owners.
Nothing contained on the site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark displayed on the site without the written permission of the owner of the applicable trademark.

As a condition of your use of the Leadup Universe services, you will not use the site in any manner intended to damage, disable, overburden or impair any Leadup Universe server or the network(s) connected to any Leadup Universe server or to interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the site.
